PLEASE NOTE: Applications for the 2009 examinations will be posted approximately three months prior to the application deadline. While applications may be listed here, only those that are currently open (prior to late application deadline) will be linked to downloadable pdf files. See the Examination Schedule for the most current list of examinations dates and deadlines.

Application for Testing Accommodations for Applicants with Disabilities required in writing no later than the deadline for submitting applications for examination. All documentation and other evidence substantiating the disability must be submitted to the Board no later than 30 days after the deadline for filing an application for examination.
